New client win
We’re excited to announce that Latch has been chosen to design the brand identity and marketing for a new private development in the heart of Islington.
Designed by architects and urban designers Burrell Foley Fischer, the new mews scale ‘pavilion’ homes, which encircle a pre-existing block, will establish a new enhanced garden setting for residents. The development has been designed with generous spaces between homes, providing each with a courtyard garden or roof terrace.
Our wide ranging creative remit will cover naming and brand identity, through to advertising and social campaigns that resonate with buying audiences. We‘ll be looking to forge connections and create meaningful engagements to deliver tangible results for Islington as they embark on this exciting keystone development.
