Encouraging East London pioneers
Latch was tasked by housing developer Notting Hill Genesis to boost consideration and increase sales of their East London developments, specifically located in E16. Our solution was to create a multichannel campaign encouraging buyers to rethink E16, to buy ahead of the curve – to become a ‘trendsettler’.
Thought-provoking copy lines and a bold stencilled look created a strong brand with the ability to transcend across advertising, marketing materials and local street events.

uplift in NHG’s East London property sales.
The stencilled text mirrors the industrial heritage of the area, complemented by a lively shade of blue to establish a contemporary perspective.
