Elevating a 200 year old property brand
Portico is one of the oldest estate agents in London, with an unrivalled knowledge of the capital. Recognising the need to expand their brand, we explored ways to visually and verbally capture the essence of their legacy, whilst creating a dialogue to resonate with today’s audiences.
We developed a new humanised tone of voice, culminating in emotive campaign messaging and a new brand strapline. All brand touchpoints were redesigned, resulting in a progressive repositioning with a focus on heritage, knowledge and customer experience.

The ‘Portico Knows’ campaign centres on topics that resonate with their customers, from buyers to landlords, messaging is able to flex within a single holistic brand tone.
