With all eyes on their flagship regeneration project in Peckham, London developer Notting Hill Genesis commissioned Latch to create a brand and marketing campaign that would drive the sale of over 300 contemporary lowrise homes.
To get to the heart of this unique borough, we immersed ourselves in the area, meeting locals, experiencing the lifestyle and exploring the diverse culture. The result is a bold, ambitious brand, championed by Peckhamites and anchored to Peckham – where they do things their way.
