Wooldridge Close is a property development in Feltham Greater London. The scheme of studio and 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments was previously available as market rent apartments. Now newly refurbished, the homes are being marketed at first time buyers and current renters commuting to London. We created subtle property marketing with a W motif and pattern to add depth and texture to all marketing materials. Warm colourways referenced the building’s peach rendered facades and the tranquillity of the nearby Bedfont Lakes Country Park.
