Westminster Works

Westminster Works is a PRS development by the High Street Group based in Digbeth, the creative district of Birmingham. The development is a short walk from the Bullring shopping centre and is made up of 65 one and two bedroom apartments. Residents will have access to a private gym, resident’s cinema and communal space.

Latch were tasked with taking the existing Westminster Works brand mark, and developing marketing material that reflected the high-end specification of the properties. Within this project Latch managed the creation of bespoke illustrations, CGIs, copy and commissioned local area photography.
