Victory Oak is a high-quality development on the edge of the New Forest. The developer required a refreshed brand and marketing suite to launch the third and final phase, consisting of 43 three and four-bedroom homes.
We tapped into the history of the site, which centred around an old oak tree gifted by leaving US forces following WWII. A new leaf mark was paired with a fresher, modern colour palette and topographical patterns. Appealing to our family-commuter target audience, the new identity was reflected across all marketing including a new mobile-first website, site wayfinding, hoardings and marketing suite.
From initial design to customer journey planning and install, Latch managed the creation of the marketing suite. We designed tactile custom build display boards to encourage potential purchasers to interact with displays that mirrored the quality of homes on offer.
Despite storm Dennis, the launch was a huge success, resulting in over 20 strong enquiries and two reservations on the day.
