The exciting prospect of our work helping position and sell the retail property investment was approached in true Latch style. We designed an overall quality-driven look and feel to all materials including website, signage and marketing collateral, ensuring that the property’s affluent location and investment potential was accurately portrayed. Following the launch of our design work the site was successfully sold and is now part of a thriving local community.
