Location and history are key factors in the naming strategy and creative approach for any new development. For Sovereign’s private sale and JV developments Latch has created a new brand strategy and identity system. Our branding system follows a ‘family of brands’ approach making schemes recognisably Sovereign, whilst allowing each development to have a relevant and independent feel – through marque, colour, pattern and photography.

We designed clear parameters that guide the naming and creative processes from start to finish. The results are vastly reduced turnaround times for Sovereign’s new private sales and JV scheme identities, whilst ensuring a consistent, recognisable stablemate of development brands.
