SO Resi

Continuing our long and successful relationship with SO Resi, Latch were asked to design and build the property marketing suite for SO Resi Ealing. Ealing is the largest development to date for SO Resi, the shared ownership division of Metropolitan Thames Valley, with a contemporary collection of almost 300 high quality apartments in the heart of Ealing. 

We designed and built an airy marketing suite using SO Resi’s circular brand as a starting point, including bespoke private meeting spaces, fully fitted one bedroom show apartment and an impressive, illuminated floating scale model. And we didn’t skimp on tech — with VR headsets, interactive apartment finder tablets and the creation of a ‘guide to the local area’ film to play on a large TV screen. All of which appealed to the development’s target audience and allowed the sales team to get across key information quickly and clearly.
