Pulse
The Pulse is a multi-phase housing development featuring contemporary homes within the 13 acre grounds of a refurbished Victorian hospital. It blurred the boundaries between urban and rural with a central piazza and open green areas. Latch created the identity and marketing collateral for the development to assist in converting ‘off-plan’ interest, into purchases.
