With home buyers reluctant to view their properties in East London Notting Hill Sales invited Latch to help address the problem. The perception was they were too far out and had too few ‘ready-to-use’ amenities nearby. Our campaign flipped these perceptions on their head, turning negatives into positives. We enticed people to look again at E16, to buy ahead of the curve – to become a ‘trendsettler’.
Results: 30% increase in enquiries, 30% increase in sales.
