New development identity

Latch was asked by Thames Valley Housing to develop the marketing collateral including marketing identity, property brochure and plans for the SO portion of a new property scheme, developed by Bellway Homes.

Avedis is a contemporary collection of 18 unique apartments built on the site of the former Arla Dairy, in South Ruislip. When complete Avedis will be part of a thriving contemporary community of restaurants, independent retail experiences and much more.

We’re in the process of rolling out the Avedis identity across marketing collateral, but in the meantime here is a glimpse of the commercial area of the scheme.
