Eden X Latch – New Retirement Living Client Win!

Eden Retirement Living is a developer and operator of luxury later-living communities in the UK.

The initial brief is to raise awareness for Eden’s Pearl House development in Newbury, Royal Berkshire. It is a development of 60 apartments in the centre of the town with doorstep access to quality bistros, markets, and all the high street has to offer. The development itself features a 24-hr concierge, club lounge, resident restaurant, bar, care services, bookable guest accommodation, a landscaped courtyard and valet parking. 

Our campaign launch will take place in mid-December 2021 just in time for Christmas, allowing us to target potential residents and their adult children. Many families will be getting together for the first time in almost a year and it’s often the time when later-life living planning begins.
