Meet the team

Alex Atkinson
Co-Founder

With over 15 years’ experience as a Creative Director, his wealth of experience in the sector has seen him successfully head up a multitude of scheme projects, delivering strategic thinking and creative direction on a number of multi-tenure and multi-phased developments across the UK.

Toby Dyson
Co-Founder

Toby has worked in property since 2002 and has a wealth of experience in both branding and property projects. As the accounts director, Toby oversees the accounts throughout the lifecycle. Toby is able to see the work through the eyes of client and audience to achieve optimal results.

Rebecca Atkinson
Studio Manager

As Studio Manager, Rebecca is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the design studio. Rebecca plans all project workflow and deadlines to ensure successful delivery on time and on budget to meet, or exceed KPIs.

Kyle Tolley
Designer

As a Designer, Kyle takes ownership of expressing brand strategies into creative concepts and visually articulating brands bringing campaigns to life. Kyle’s has designed for a range of audiences on some of the world’s most recognised premium brands.

Roger Pugh
Creative Artworker

With over 20 years’ experience specialising in artwork for brands such as Morrisons, M&S, Unilever, Asda & Colgate, Roger joined Latch agency in 2019. As a creative art worker, Roger uses his skills in Illustrator and Photoshop to work on a range of sales materials for both digital and print.

Jon Banks
Designer

Jon’s role as a designer is to articulate brand vision across all communication channels including digital, print, experiential, and outdoor media. Jon has worked in the industry for over 15 years and has personally designed and developed marketing comms for over 40 property developments.
